One UI 8.5 is quietly being tested on these Galaxy devices

These Galaxy Devices Are Running One UI 8.5 Internally

Update (Jan 2, 2026): Galaxy F56, M34, and M56 spotted running One UI 8.5 on Samsung’s test server.

Update (Dec 27, 2025): The Galaxy Tab S11, S10 FE, and S8 series have been spotted running One UI 8.5 on a test server.

Update (Dec 26, 2025): One UI 8.5 build spotted for Galaxy F17 and M17 on Samsung’s test server.

Update (Dec 25, 2025): Galaxy M54, A33, A35, A53, A25, and A26 have now appeared with One UI 8.5 test builds on Samsung servers.

For the past few months, One UI 8.5 has consistently remained in the headlines, thanks to a steady flow of leaks and rumors. Samsung recently made things official by releasing the One UI 8.5 beta program for the Galaxy S25 series in December. However, the beta rollout is currently limited to select regions, including the US, India, the UK, South Korea, Germany, and Poland.

At the same time, the Korean tech giant is continuing internal testing of One UI 8.5 for several other Galaxy devices. Some of these models may receive beta updates, while others may skip the beta phase entirely and proceed directly to the stable build.

One UI 8.5 is based on Android 16 and brings several major upgrades. These include a redesigned Quick Settings panel, wireless Storage Share, Photo Assist, an enhanced adaptive lock screen clock, and more. The stable release of One UI 8.5 is expected to debut alongside the Galaxy S26 lineup, which is rumored to launch in February next year at a Galaxy Unpacked event.
